This notice covers Fixed Pumps & Filters (582 Terrace Road, Freemans Reach NSW 2756). It explains what we do with the details you give us through this website, our enquiry forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), or when you call, text or email.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, suburb, email if you give it, and whatever you tell us about your pump or the job.

What we use it for

To get back to you about your enquiry, quote and book the work, and keep a record of the job. We don’t sell your details or pass them to anyone else to market to you.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. This site may use the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta when someone who saw one of our ads visits the site or sends an enquiry, so we can see whether the ads are working. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
