Who repairs pumps in Freemans Reach and the Hawkesbury?
Fixed Pumps & Filters repairs house pumps, pressure pumps, bore pumps, solar pumps and farm pumps from its workshop at 582 Terrace Road, Freemans Reach, and out on site anywhere within 20 km. We’ve been looking after Hawkesbury pumps for close to 20 years.
Can Fixed Pumps fix my pump on site, or do I bring it in?
Either. Fixed Pumps & Filters does workshop repairs in Freemans Reach, Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm, and on-site fault finding and repairs at your place. After hours is available by request on 0405 209 118.
What areas do you cover?
Everywhere within 20 km of our Freemans Reach workshop, which takes in Windsor, Richmond, Kurrajong, Pitt Town, Wilberforce, Glossodia and plenty more. The full list is on our Areas page. If you’re nearby, it’s often quickest to bring the pump to us.
Do you do quotes?
Yes. Drop us a line for budget figures, or we can come out and quote on site.
What brands do you work with?
We’re not tied to any one brand. We know pumps inside and out, so we fix, repair, install and adapt all pumps of all sizes, whatever’s on the label.
Do you work on commercial and agricultural sites?
We do. As well as houses, we work on farms, growers’ irrigation systems, and larger sites like Windsor Golf Club’s river pump and the water treatment plant at Riverside Oaks Golf Resort.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. Weekends are closed, but after hours is available by request. Call or text 0405 209 118.

About our pump repairs workCan I drop my pump off at the workshop?
Yes. Our workshop is at 582 Terrace Road, Freemans Reach, open Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm.
Do you come out to the property?
We do. On-site visits for fault finding, repairs and installs are a big part of what we do across the Hawkesbury.
What if it’s after hours?

Bore & submersible pumps
About our bore & submersible pumps workDo you treat iron in bore water?
Yes. We do chemical treatments for iron contamination, which is what clogs pipes and fittings and stains everything orange.
Can you replace a bore pump that’s past repair?
We can. If the old one isn’t worth fixing we’ll talk you through the options and install a new pump that suits your bore and your property.
Solar pumps
About our solar pumps workWill solar work if the power is a long way from the pump?
That’s exactly where it shines. If power is a long way away, solar pump systems are getting more affordable, and we’re happy to talk through options for your site.
Can a solar pump survive a flood?
Set up right, yes. One of our six-panel systems on the flood plain has been through four floods, and a raised four-panel system came through the same flood events.
What brand do you install?
We’re not tied to one brand, so we’ll recommend what suits your site. A lot of our recent solar jobs have been Grundfos systems.

Yes. We’ve replaced the river pump at Windsor Golf Club, and we set up river pumps for farms and growers right along the Hawkesbury.
Do you work on flood-damaged river pumps?
Yes. Difficult sites, including flood issues, are part of what we do. After the floods we’ve floated submersible pumps in the Hawkesbury River to get water moving again.
Can you handle big agricultural systems?
We can. We’ve installed all manner and size of pump, irrigation and water systems around the Hawkesbury, including pump and filtration systems for crops and livestock.
